Areas of Use:
Ph 2 - 90,000m2 with 2 level basement.
- Main Contractor was Nishimatsu-Lum Chang JV. In this package, the B2 level is designed as 800mm thick and where Caltite was cast to the top 300mm as waterproofing system. On top of this, Cementaid also supplied Calmet Redseal to two levels of giant basement.
Caltite supplied - Approx. 30,000m3 (Top 300mm of 800mm raft slab, water tanks at B2 and B1 level)
? Approx. 10,000m of Everdure Waterstop (hydrophilic type) installed to all construction joints.
? Calmet Redseal, Cementaid non-metallic floor hardener - Applied to approx. 182,000m2 with a dosage of 5kg per square metre. (Both B2 and B1 level as carpark)
? Calcure CR, curing compound - Approx. 30,000ltr supplied and applied.
? Calgrout no. 7, non-shrinkage grout - Approx. 300 bags (25kg) to reinstate corbels.
Ph 3B & 4 - Construction of :
- Caltite to 6 level spiral ramp leading to high Convention Centre.
- Caltite to giant water fountain.
- Caltite to approx. 50m long pedestrian underpass to link up Marina Square and approx. 30m long pedestrian underpass to link up Millennium.
The Main Contractor was Hyundai - SsangYang Consortium.
